Below are the Terms and Conditions that apply to this guarantee.

1. The Senso™ Promise

We promise that if you use Senso™ supplements as directed, you will see a positive change in your pet's vitality. If you use the product for at least 60 days and do not see a visible improvement in your dog's condition, we will refund the purchase price of your first order in full.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the Clinical Guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

  • Applicable Products: This guarantee applies specifically to Senso™ Health Supplements (e.g., Joint Care, Calming Chews, Gut Health). Accessories or grooming products are covered by our Standard Returns policy (see Section 5).

  • Direct Purchase: The item must have been purchased directly from the official Senso™ website. Purchases made through third-party retailers (e.g., Amazon, Chewy, local pet stores) are subject to that retailer’s return policy and are not covered by this direct guarantee.

  • First-Time Customers: This guarantee applies only to your first order of a specific product. It is designed to allow new customers to try Senso™ risk-free.

  • One per Household: The guarantee is valid for one refund per household/address to prevent abuse.

3. The "Fair Trial" Period (Important)

Supplements take time to build up in your dog's system. True clinical results are rarely seen overnight, and consistency is key to efficacy.

  • Minimum Use: You must use the product consistently for a minimum of 60 days before filing a claim.

  • Claim Window: You may initiate a return claim between Day 60 and Day 90 following the date of delivery.

  • Note: Returns requested before Day 60 for "lack of results" will not be accepted under this specific guarantee, as the product has not been given sufficient time to work.

4. How to Claim Your Refund

If you have passed the 60-day mark and are still not satisfied, please follow these steps before Day 90:

  1. Contact Us: Email our Customer Care team at hello@sensopet.co.uk with your Order Number.

  2. Reason for Return: Briefly explain the lack of results (we use this feedback to improve our formula).

  3. Return Authorization: Our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  4. Return the Containers: You must mail back the supplement containers (whether empty, half-full, or full) from your first order to the address provided. Proof of use is required, so please do not discard the empty bottles/pouches.

    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

5. Standard Returns (Unopened Items & Non-Supplements)

For goods that are unopened and in original condition, our standard 30-day return policy applies. You may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund without the need for the 60-day trial period.

6. Exclusions and Limitations

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days of our warehouse receiving the returned containers.

  • Shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable.

  • Senso™ reserves the right to deny claims that we believe in our sole discretion to be fraudulent or an abuse of this policy (e.g., repeated refund requests from the same individual under different names).
